Easy and safe ways to reach ideal blood pressure
Blood pressure is the pressure exerted by the circulating blood on the walls of blood vessels, and it is measures, low blood pressure and high blood pressure are not good and it have to fall in between and normal blood pressure differs from person to person, for athletes normal blood pressure will be an alarming low blood pressure for a non athlete, also there is a standard blood pressure chart and in that chart a systolic BP of lesss than 120 hg and diastolic BP of less than 80 is considered as a healthy BP.
People worry a lot when they get high BP readings from the clinic, I must say many people who gets higher than normal BP at doctor clinic is having white collar syndrome, it is the anxiety they are having when they are in the clinic and their curiosity about the result, so if you really want to measure your correct BP you should keep a blood pressure monitoring device at home, there are electronic devices which measure accurate BP you should keep one of them if you want to check your blood pressure.

Meditation ( mindfulness )
I must say it is the ultimate way to get a normal blood pressure is by meditating, because your state of mind have an immediate and direct impact on you cardio vascular system, being anxious, anger, tense will increase blood pressure and meditation helps a person to remain calm as a result of practicing regular meditation( preferable early morning and evening ) one can gradually normalize blood pressure, meditation also have lot of other benefits.
Exercise
Running, brisk walking, engaging in sporting activities like badminton, tennis etc that makes your heart pump blood effectively and it helps to reduce your weight, with the reduction of weight you can lower your blood pressure, moderate strength training is also very useful in reducing the blood pressure, so you should fight it out to see the visible results in a week or so .
Listening to soft relaxing music
Soft music which helps you to attain tranquility is very good in keeping you blood pressure under control, it woks on the mind level just like meditation, so listen to relaxing using through your ipod or any other music system and listen them regularly and get immersed in it. Also remember heavy metals and hard rock will give a negative effect sometimes.
Yoga
Yogic Breathing exercises like pranayama can keep your blood pressure under control and lot of people all around the wold have reported to have benefited from yoga
Cutting down Sodium chloride
You should cut down the intake of salt in your diet, salt have the tendency to rise our blood pressure, but don’t avoid salt completely because some amount of sodium is necessary for your system.
Eat more fruits, nuts and vegetables
Avoid eating meat and meat products and switch to fruits, nuts and vegetables which contain potassium. Eating salads are beneficial in normalizing blood pressure because of potassium contained in fruits and vegetables have the capacity to keep blood pressure under control.
Drink Green tea
Drinking green tea regularly will help you to normalize your high BP, better go for decaffeinated green tea or 2 minutes brewed green tea, brewing green tea for a longer period increases the caffeine content and high rate of caffeine will rise your blood pressure but, only for a short period.
