			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am writing this blog and drinking a glass of green aloe Vera juice and it is my inspiration to write this blog. Aloe vera is a plant related to cactus family, It is used all over the world for medicinal purpose , known by many names al over the world and there are over 200 types of aloe vera of these only 4 or 5 are commonly used in medicines, it is often called as Miracle plant . Its leaves are fleshy if we peel off the skin from the leaves we get a cool gel beneath and it can be applied topically and be consumed as juice. Due to its medicinal properties many companies have come up with medicines and beauty care products with aloe vera extracts .</p>
<p>If you are lining in places where aloe vera plants grows and you have a garden you should plat aloe vera  and use its medicinal potential</p>
<p><strong>Benefits of Aloe Vera</strong></p>
<p>Research on aloe vera proved that it can improve blood glucose level in diabetic patients (blood glucose level go alarmingly lower in diabetic patients which is a dangerous situation ) and with lower blood lipids in hyperlipidaemic patients. Aloe vera can be consumed as juice which bitter in taste but can add honey into it to lessen the bitterness, it can give relief of digestive issues such as heartburn and irritable bowel syndrome.  Aloe vera extracts may be useful in the treatment of wound and burn healing, minor skin infections, these effects are thought to be due to the presence of compounds such as polysaccharides and mannans. Preliminary evidence tells us that taking 10 mL or 20 mL of aloe orally every day  upto 12 weeks can reduce total cholesterol by about 15%, low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol by about 18%, and triglycerides by about 25% to 30% in people with hyperlipidemia. Topical application of aloe can treat frostbites , burn , sunburns , frost bites and it is also effective in curing the skin damages caused by radiation treatment of cancer.</p>
<p>Due to aloe veras cooling effect and its ability to heal healing cuts and wion aounds , It can be applied after a shave and it will smoothes your skin and heal your minor  wounds . Aloe Vera have anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-parasitic properties. Aloe Vera also contains many vitamins, minerals , essential oils, enzymes, amino acids and glyco-proteins</p>
<p><strong>How to use Aloe Vera </strong></p>
<p>There are lot of Aloe vera products available in market from creams , gels , shampoos for topical application and Juice , capsules for intake, But if you have an aloe vera plant and you want to make juice out of it , you need to peel away the green skin than contain latex, because consumption of latex may cause problem in some individual. Itz skin along with latex and gel can be rubbed over your skin for smoothening and moisturising.</p>
<p><strong>Side effects of Aloe vera</strong></p>
<p>Aloe latex which is yellow in colour , it resides under the green skin of aloe vera plant, it can be consumed without side effects but for some individuals it leades to health risks.  People with hemorrhoids, Crohn&#8217;s  disease, appendicitis, or ulcerative colitis, as its laxative ability  can aggravate these conditions. Women should not take aloe latex during  menstruation as it may increase bleeding. Patients with high blood  pressure, diabetes, and kidney, thyroid, liver, or heart disease should  not take aloe latex because it can cause electrolyte imbalances in the  blood. Pregnant or lactating women should not use aloe latex as it may  cause uterine contractions, and it is unknown whether aloe latex is  excreted in breast milk. Children should not be given aloe latex.<br />

<p><em>Muscle building needs a strict resistance workout regime ,  you need to increase the resistance step by step and also you should supply the body with protein supplements for building muscles.</em></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It is a common belief that milk is a health food that will make us strong and healthy, but resent studies tell us that it is not that healthy as we all think. According to Dr. Kevin Woodford who is the author of The Devil in the Milk and Professor of Farm Management and Agribusiness at Lincoln University New Zealand, he  brought together  evidences from more than hundreds of scientific papers examining population studies and research in  both animals and humans. In his book, epidemiological evidence from ten nations has shown us a strong link between a high intake of milk from “A1 positive” cows and numerous diseases, including Type 1 diabetes, heart disease, autism and schizophrenia. And the data correlates very closely with World Health Organization studies on the level of deaths caused by mental disorders.</p>
<p>Milk is a good source of protein , including beta casein, as well as lactose and other sugars. But his book points out, the “devil” is in the milk solids : All proteins are long chains of amino acids from which many branches come off of the main chain. Beta casein is a chain with 229 amino acids and proline at number 67, at least in such traditional “A2” cows as Jerseys, Asian, Guernseys and African cows. A mutation occurred about 5,000 years ago in this proline amino acid, which converted it to histidine. More recent breeds including Holsteins and Friesians have this mutated beta casein and are considered “A1” cows. The side chain coming off this histidine is a protein fragment called beta-casomorphin-7 (BCM 7), a powerful opiate, as well as an oxidant, creating potentially devastating negative health effects.</p>
<p>After examining the scientific papers, Dr. Woodford explains the science behind the A1/A2 hypothesis and shows that BCM7 is associated with milk intolerance and a range of auto-immune diseases including Type 1 diabetes. Why? All human beta-casein is more like the A2 type, in that human milk releases much less BCM 7 than is released in A1 milk. BCM7 has been shown to cause neurological impairment in animals and people, particularly autistic and schizophrenic changes. It also interferes with the immune response. Because BCM7 is a fairly large molecule, when it is released into the stomach, it should be difficult to penetrate the stomach lining and reach the bloodstream. However in people with “leaky guy syndrome,” the protein fragment can easily pass through the gut wall and enter the bloodstream.</p>
<p>Babies are particularly susceptible to the effects of BCM7, which, says Dr. Woodford, explains why babies fed on cows milk formula insted of human milk are susceptible to constipation and can suffer anal fissures. He also suggests that the slower passage of A1 milk through the digestive system can increase lactose intolerance. Moreover, he believes prolonged exposure to BCM7 in infant formulas is a significant factor in the rising rates of autism and Asperger’s syndrome.</p>
