Pure green tea and flavoured green teas

There are lot of green tea available in the market, from pure green teas to flavoured ones. It depends on our taste and our choice to choose the best flavour suited for us.
Let me name some of the green teas available in the market.

  • Pure Green tea

Pure green teas are just green tea leaves without any added flavour, it gives the exact flavour of pure green tea, it tastes sour , but itz my personal favourite , cause i just like the taste of pure tea without added flavour, but for those people who are not comfortable with sour taste can chose different flavoured green teas.

  • Jasmine flavoured green tea

This is most common flavoured green tea available , itz available in the form of tea bags, tea laves packs and liquid form in tetra packs, the aroma and the flavour of jasmine blends well with green tea, it takes out the sour taste of green tea and add a slight sweet taste.

  • Lemon green tea

Lemon and tea blends well so as green tea, recent studies shows that lemon help to double the antioxidant properties of green tea, lemon got itz vitamin C factor which is essential for our health, so lemon green tea makes a perfect health drink, itz available in the form of tea bags to tea leaves packs and tetra packs in ready to drink form

  • Ginger flavoured green tea

Ginger flavoured geen tea comes as a mix with other flavoured like lemon flavour, it adds spice to the beverage.

  • Peach flavoured green tea

Green teas  flavoured with peach pieces to underline the peach aroma. A very popular blend, flavourful and smooth to consume and it is available in tetra packs in liquid form and also as tea leves packs and tea bags.

  • Tulasi Green tea

Tulasi is a common herb used in India, it got itz aroma and flavour , it mix well with green teas, like green teas tulasi also have itz antioxidant and bacteria killing properties and itz a part of ayurveda medicine. Tulasi gives aroma and flavour to green teas, I like this flavor though I am into pure green teas, you guys should try green tea with tulasi once to find out yourself.

  • Pomegranate green tea

Recent research show both green tea and pomegranates to be robust in some of nature’s most effective antioxidants  polyphenols, you can enjoy double antioxidant power with this delicious duo of pomegranates and green tea. Some of you may love this blend Pomegranate green teas are available in the three forms tea bags, leaves and liquid form in tetra packs.

  • Organic green teas

Organic food fans can grab various  Organic green teas avilable in the market. Organic foods have got itz own benifits, as all organic foods organic green teas contains less chemical residues and some studies shows that organic green teas have more antioxident values than non organic teas.

  • Decaffeinated green teas

These typed of green teas are the result of taking out the caffine factors of green tea, decaffeination takes away some of the health factors from green tea during the process. Those who prefer drinking decaffeinated green teas have to drink 2 cups of decaffeinated green teas to get the benefit of 1 cup of regular green tea.

How to make perfect cup of green tea

A perfect cup of green tea is made my adding green tea leaves / tea bag into a cup of hot water at a temperature of 67 to 85 degree centigrade for maximum health benefit, making green tea at boiling point will reduce itz health benefits

My Advice

My Advice for Green tea fans and health concious floks to go for Organic green teas with flavour of your choice. You can flavour teas yourself by adding lemon juice, orange juice, ginger crush into geen teas, you can also add honey, but dont add sugar into green teas, you can also add ice into it.
