Benefits of drinking water
Water covers 71% of earth surface and 55 to 78 percentage of human body consists of water ( it depends on the body size of the person ).
We need to intake water to sustain life. Drinking water is a healthy habit, it can be dangerous and at the same time, it depends on the purity of the water, we human beings drink. Drinking contaminated water is harmful to health deadly deceases like malaria cholera and jondsm spread through contaminated and infected water. We all need to drink pure water to stay alive.
Human body needs 6 glasses of water ie approximately 2 litres, the exact amount depends on the physical activity of a person and the atmospheric temperature and humidity, to avoid dehydration people who live in hot and humid conditions should drink more water, also people who do hard physical work and exercise should drink more water. Dehydration is fatal, painful joints and a feeling of losing conscious are the signs of dehydration, it wont make you feel that thirsty. Feeling thirsty is our body’s sign of showing the necessity of water.
Too much water is harmful for our heath, drinking too much pure water may increase blood level beyond the maximum desired level and it may damage our kidney due to over functioning, but dont get scared you should drink enough water according to your bodys need, that means when ever you feel thirsty drink enough water to quench your thirst don’t wait till you start dehydration, always keep a water bottle near you.
