Healthy Chocolates

Chocolates have an insignificant part in our modern day society. We can see a happy smile on a kids face when we gift them a chocolate box and it is one of the common gift among lovers.  Its taste its aroma its looks make is irresistible of every chocolate lovers like me. There are a wide verity of Chocolate consumption in modem time, we get chocolates in every form. In this article I will be explaining the quality of chocolate forms available in the market in relation to its hidden health factors.

Dark Chocolates Bars

Darker the chocolates, healthier it becomes, dark chocolates are bitter compared to milk chocolates, cocoa content in a chocolate is marked in percentage, there are healthier 100 % cocoa chocolates available, it is the very high antioxidant but biter and some people may find it hard to swallow, but there are 90, 80 and lower percentages of dark chocolates available which are tasty and easy to swallow due to sweeteners present in these chocolates.

Milk Chocolates Bars

Milk chocolates is made out of milk, cocoa and sugar. Milk chocolates are tasty, but its cocoa content is around 25% so it is not considered healthy if we compare it with dark chocolates. Kids love its taste.

Fruits and nuts Chocolate bars.

Chocolate bars available in dry fruit mixes and nuts or a combination of dry fruits and nuts, it gives a fruity nutty taste to the chocolate, it contains the health factors of fruits and nuts. Fruits and nuts chocolates comes with dark and milk chocolates and a dark chocolate mix is healthier.
