Healthy body and mind – Meditation
Modern day life style can make us stressed, it can be due to your work , family matters which you experience in your everyday life. Meditation helps us to wash away the stress from our mind it also helps us to break free.
There are different styles of meditation, first of all we have to find a place for meditation ( a calm and quiet room in your house will do ) one should feel comfortable about the place., sit on a chair or floor, sit such a way that you wont fell asleep.
Breath Centric meditation
Ignore everything that comes to your mind, don’t force your mind to ignore,. if thoughts comes to your mind just ignore it in a much relaxed way and take a deep breath and feel it go inside your lungs and exhale, feel the air going out, then inhale and feel exhale and feel, concentrate only on your breath nothing else just you and your breath.. after some paint you will feel your breath getting lighter and you will feel serene and lighter and after some point you will feel that you are one among the universe.
Heart Centric Meditation
The only difference of Heart centric meditation is instead of concentrating on breath they concentrate of heat beat.
Object Centric Meditation
One should relax and concentrate on objects like small dot or a flower, Lighting a candle in a dark room and concentrate on the flame is a very popular technique among those who practise Object centric meditation.
