One more feather on the cap of nanotechnology in curing cancer, with the help of a new method called trojan horse therapy. Australian Scientists Dr Jennifer MacDiarmid and Dr Himanshu Brahmbhatt, who formed EnGenelC Pty Ltd in 2001 discovered a very effective method which they call Trojan horse” therapy to combat cancer using bacterially derived nano cell that helps to penetrate and disarm the cancerous cells, after that a second nanocell is send to cancerous cells which kills it chemotherapy drugs.
The “trojan horse” therapy has the potential to directly target cancer cells with chemotherapy, rather than the current treatment that sees chemotherapy drugs injected into a cancer patient and attacking both cancer and healthy cells.

We all want to look attractive with a great physique which make us follow a workout regime, we need to good care of our physical system before putting it to it physical limits. I am writing down some important instruction for you.
- Consult a physician if you are planning to start start a workout regime.
If you are a beginner, we advice you to consult your physician before starting your workout regime, especially the one who have health complications.
- Do not workout on empty stomach or Full Stomach.
Do not workout just after having a heavy meal, working out in full stomach leads to cramps. The stomach needs a good amount of blood to aid in the digestive process but during physical exercise blood flows to the working muscles, so the food sits in the stomach blocking proper digestive process. Also it is not advisable to exercise on empty stomach, cause our body needs enough energy to work, so our body needs carbohydrates and our muscles are powered by a modification of these carbohydrates called glycogen. Also when you workout on an empty stomach you reduce your blood and muscle glucose. Your brain is your control center which runs on glucose. When the brain is unable to get glucose, the hormone cortisol will start to break down muscle. Your body goes into conservation mode and holds onto everything it can – especially fat. So what is the best we can do before your workout, we need to fill something, the best way is to consume fruits to optimize your fat burning with some carbohydrates also fruits are easily digestible and it supply enough glucose to aid our workouts.

- Consume good amount of Fluid During Workout session.
During workout sessions our body easily get dehydrated, our body gets heated up while exercising and our body tends to give away fluid for cooling down (sweating ), So to avoid from getting dehydrated we need to consume enough fluid during workout sessions.
- Inhale and exhale good amount of air while Working out
Breathing in and out fully and deeply is very important while working out, it helps you to reach your fitness goals. If you are not focusing on proper breathing technique, workout may seem more strenuous than it needs to. You need to inhale enough air to help ignite the burning of fat.
Get into a regular rhythm and keep the pace constant that will help you supply your physique with the right amount of oxygen and give you something to focus on also it will help your brain function in a better way
- Stretch yourself out before workout.
Stretching before and after workouts can relax your muscles which can reduce the risk of injury.
- Dont Overstress your Muscles Stretch yourself our before and after workout.
It is not advisable to over do your workouts It will strain your muscles resulting in injury.

You cant feel the Visceral fat that lies deeper inside the abdomen, around your abdominal organs with your hand. Subcutaneous fat, located between the skin and the abdominal wall, is more visible but also less likely to be a health concern.

Sunflower oils is made out of the seeds of sunflower and it is the most widely used oil all over the world, it is one of the favourite cooking oll most of the restaurants due to its health benefits and the ability of sunflower use in hight temperature cooking without losing its nutrients. Sun flower oil is lite in taste and it is very high in vitamin E. It is a combination of mono-unsaturated and polyunsaturated fats with low saturated fat levels.
There are two types of sunflower oil available linoleic oil which is sunflower oil in its original form and high oleic sunflower oil which is hight in oleic acid which makes the mono-saturated levels of 80 percentage and above compared to high oleic sunflower oil linoleic oil contains 65 percentage polyunsaturated fats which include Omega -6 fatty acid which is essential for our body, but due to high amount of polyunsaturated fats linoleic oil can easily get oxidised while frying. Oleic sunflower oils high mono-saturated levels makes it good for for caridio vascular system, it have the ability to lower LDL ( low-density lipoprotein – bad cholesterol) and the high content of vitamin E which is an antioxidant is good in protecting our organs including heart.

In this new age people started speculating about the potential of nanobots and genetic engineering in future health industry. We are in age where new technologies are evolving faster than we can think of. So I also like to speculate about the future of health industry.
We talked a lot about nanotechnology, cloning etc, But today I like to talk about a new idea, is it possible to convert a disease causing virus, amoeba or a bacteria into a nano doctor? and My answer is yes it is very much possible to alter the gene of a virus and converting into an army of life saving microdoctors. The navigation of microdoctors are easy because it can consciously get into human cells, there microdoctors can even get into cytoplasm of cells and eat away or neutralize the disease casing chemicals and proteins created inside our DNA. Also these microdoctors can alter the negative disease causing factors inside human genome.
The Virus which cause deadly diseases like AIDS can one day cure the same diseases, humans will posses technology to alter the characters of these viruses and can direct them into the virus infected body to fight against the bad viruses that cause deceases.
I can see a huge potential in this area, the same single celled deadly creature who terrorised human race for the past centuries can one day be tamed into life saving friendly microdoctors.
